The Jaq Jaq Bird Bib with Smart Pocket™

The Jaq Jaq feeding bib with a Smart Pocket™ feature is my first product I designed back in 2004. It took me over one year to create the perfect bib. The only change I have made from 2004's original design is the pocket, and of course going to a completely PVC, BPA and phthalate free bib, with water based dyes. The prints are all designed by us as well.

The design of the bib is meant to cover the shoulder of a child, all the way down to their tummies. I have tried to lengthen and shorten the bib, but as it turned out it was either too bulky or too short, and food still fell to their laps. The cool feature of this bib is truly the pocket. The material is pliable so it is soft to the touch, yet, it holds its shape, so the pocket stays open to catch crumbs, and pulls down all the way to clean under the crevices. The side tabs of the bib comes off when cleaning. Ultimately, the design is simple, not tricky, and very messy friendly! Oh, and you know the Velcro thing? It's strong enough so your child can't easily yank it off his neck! :)

Nordstrom will be debuting the bibs at the end of January. In mid-February, they will have 2 new prints: cupcakes and crowns in their collection.

Otherwise, Amazon, The Soft Landing and Green Bambino all sell online.
