Voila! So here is the apron. The strings are adjustable from the back to the neck so she can grow into it. You can also reverse it. The pattern seems to fit the Japanese look, although it's from America, and it was one of the fabrics I used for our Sam & Bellie collection. They wear this at school everyday when they serve the school lunch to one another. They all eat in the classroom, get their apron, hat and masks on, and serve each other and the teachers.
Tomorrow I have to make both my son's music bag, I should have done it today, but I was wiped out from all their homework, and getting their gear ready for tomorrow. I have to say, I love doing this, it is so much fun.
