The business has thrived through our bread and butter collection of our wonderful chalk mats. This has been my medium to create prints that appeal to both parents & children alike. This philosophy has been a vector for me when I create products for Jaq Jaq Bird. When I create for the home, I like to appeal more to the parents, but when I create fun & whimsical products that kids enjoy, I love sitting down and drawing out the designs. I get inspired by simple things: color of a tee shirt that a toddler wears inside Target, a lampshade pattern at a restaurant, and of course Pinterest too!
